Proof That October Weddings Can Feel Like Summer
Tiffany and Jesse’s October wedding day at Gabis Arboretum at Purdue Northwest was the perfect blend of warm, summery sunshine and soft fall magic — one of those days that just felt good from start to finish.
The day began with Tiffany getting ready alongside her girls, full of laughter, nerves, and sweet anticipation. One of the most special parts of the morning was watching her daughter, Hannah, be right by her side through it all — fixing her veil, offering reassurance, and making sure her mom felt as beautiful as she truly was. The love between them was so evident and added an extra layer of emotion to an already meaningful day.
Their ceremony took place under the sun, surrounded by nature and early fall colors, and was made even more special by the fact that their close friend Justin officiated. Having someone who knows them so deeply stand up and marry them made the ceremony feel incredibly personal, heartfelt, and full of genuine moments — the kind you can’t recreate.
After they said “I do,” we spent time wandering the arboretum for couples portraits, soaking in that just-married glow. Tiffany and Jesse were effortless together — relaxed, joyful, and completely wrapped up in one another — which made photographing them an absolute dream.
The celebration continued at the American Legion, where they partied into the night with their closest friends and family. From heartfelt moments to carefree dancing and nonstop laughter, the reception was a true reflection of who they are — fun, loving, and surrounded by people who adore them.
Tiffany and Jesse’s wedding day was filled with sunshine, love, and the kind of moments that linger long after the night ends. It was such an honor to document a day so full of heart, and one I’ll be smiling about for a long time.
